Pediatric Sleep Consultations

I offer in person consultations for clients in the DC Metro area and phone or Skype consultations for clients outside of that area.

Each Individual Consultation will include:

  • Review of Client Information Form
  • Review of Basic Sleep Information including Ideal Sleeping Environment
  • A customized plan that matches your child’s needs, as well as your parenting values

The initial consultations takes place either in the client’s home, another mutually agreed upon location, or on the phone or Skype for clients not in the Northern Virginia, Maryland or DC area.  Follow up phone calls are approximately 20 minutes and are for help while the client is sleep training.

Sleep Packages

1. Super Sleep Package - In Person Consultation for one child with two weeks of sleep support (sleep support includes 4 Follow up phone calls and email support for two weeks after starting sleep coaching).

2. Seriously Super Sleep Package -In Person Consultation for one child with one month of sleep support (sleep support includes 8 follow up phone calls and email support for one month after starting sleep coaching)

3. Expectant Parent Package This package is great for parents who are expecting a baby and want someone to support them with sleep concerns before and after their baby comes.  With this package you will receive three approximately 45 minute phone calls with me.

  • Phone Call Before Baby Comes
  • Phone Call Around 6-8 weeks After the Baby is Born
  • Phone Call Around 4 – 6 months After the Baby is Born

Adult Sleep Consultations

Are you having trouble sleeping?  I am now offering adult sleep consultations.

Here’s what you will get:

A phone call where we will discuss basic sleep information, ideal sleep environment and your specific sleep issues.  In this phone call, we will create a sleep plan to help you sleep better.

30 Days of support with me. We will check in with each other at least a few times a week to make sure you are staying on track and we will update the sleep plan as needed.

A final phone call where we will discuss your progress and any steps you should take going forward.
