New studies and articles are always coming out telling us how important sleep is. If you are not sleeping well, it is harder to lose weight . If you are not sleeping well, you may not do as well at your job . If you are not sleeping well, your marriage could suffer  . If you are not sleeping well, you may not be as happy.  And then there are lots of gadgets and pills that are out there to help you sleep better. But do you really need them?
I think some are helpful (I love my white noise machine!), but others can actually do more harm than good.
So how do we get better sleep?

The Sleep Your Way to Success 5 step course will educate you on sleep facts, ideal sleep environment, help you create your ideal bedtime routine and find your ideal bedtime, and give you tips to fall asleep and stay asleep better. At the beginning of each week you will receive a video and other materials with the information you need to complete that weeks goals. You will also get an email or two throughout the week to check in and keep you on track.
