Sleep Your Way to Success
New studies and articles are always coming out telling us how important sleep is. If you are not sleeping well, it is harder to lose weight . If you are not sleeping well, you may not do as well at your job . If you are not sleeping well, your marriage could suffer  . If you are not sleeping well, you may not be as happy.  And then there are lots of gadgets and pills that are out there to help you sleep better. But do you really need them?
I think some are helpful (I love my white noise machine!), but others can actually do more harm than good.
So how do we get better sleep?
SleepWell Sleep Solutions is now offering a group coaching program for adults.
The Sleep Your Way to Success 5 week course will educate you on sleep facts, ideal sleep environment, help you create your ideal bedtime routine and find your ideal bedtime, and give you tips to fall asleep and stay asleep better. You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can share your struggles and successes with other members*. At the beginning of each week you will receive a video and other materials with the information you need to complete that weeks goals. I will also be available to chat in the private facebook group, and will have a weekly live q&a to answer any questions you have and celebrate your successes!

Week 1 – The Ideal Sleep Environment and Sleep Science
Week 2 – Creating and Implementing an Ideal Bedtime Routine
Week 3 – Figuring out and implementing Your Ideal Bedtime
Week 4 – Working out issues with falling asleep and staying asleep
Week 5 – Q&As and any issues that come up. Solidifying routines and reporting results.
We are taking a limited amount of participants in this group to make sure everyone gets the support they need.
